Job Description : Sales representatives are responsible for driving business with new customers. They have regional responsibility for building and maintaining a sales pipeline including lead qualification, web-based demonstrations, proposal generation and account management.
Desired : The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
Experience in making telephone cold calls.
Experience with relational sales processes.
Experience in selling enterprise software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to listen, probe and communicate complex technology and value propositions.
A hunter sales mentality with experience achieving/exceeding sales quota.
Ability to qualify opportunities and prioritize activities to maximize results.
A passion for creating customer success.
Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and persuasive confidence.
Occasional travel required.
Graduate (Fresher)
Well presented with excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS office and internet is a must.
