The company, about three years back, has further expanded it PU processing capabilities by entering PU shoe sole and sandals manufacturing. More recently the company has entered the growing shoes and accessories market by launching sandals under its own brand name Softflex.

Job Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore, Delhi/NCR, Mumbai

Education: MBA/PGDM

Job Description :

1. Appointing and managing retailers and dealer-distributor network and generate Sales.
2. Primary Sales as well ensuring secondary movement through the channel
3. Direct Sales to various Agencies/Institutions/Govt. Departments – managing Key Accounts.
4. Channel Appointment as per the Plan for the State or Area designated.
5. Point – of- Sale (PoS) Display of the Brand as well as product and implement Marketing Campaigns and other Sales Promotional Schemes
6. Reporting of Market Intelligence Reports on New Trends / Competitor Activities / Price Movements
7. Ensuring Channel Member Satisfaction through proper Service & Sales Supports.
8. Development & management of Company Showrooms / Franchisee as per the plan / market need

Desired  :

1. Knowledge of local language will be a necessity apart from good English communication. Willingness to travel and meet new people.
2. Self – Driven Performer, Strong Customer Orientation,pleasing personality.
3. Freshers/Graduates is a must however, an MBA will be an added advantage.
