Designation : IT Support Engineer (Gurgaon & Bangalore) 

Experience : 2 - 3 Years 

Education : B.Sc - Computers;B.Tech/B.E. - Computers;BCA - Computers

Job Description : first Line customer support
Manage service requests and maintain service levels
Software configuration and standard Business Applications support
User administration
Connectivity problems troubleshooting
Maintain IT knowledge base
Channel for technology development and absorption
Information security (Data protection , Virus protection, maintain security policies)
Ability to link the business needs to the Planning/Up gradation of IT infrastructure
The position calls for supporting multiple sites . 

Desired : 2-3 years of experience in any Multinational company in the same field
Knowledge & experience in Supporting Microsoft Operation systems (Windows XP) and applications
Knowledge & experience in Microsoft Windows servers O/S 2003
Familiar with the latest & upcoming LAN and WAN technologies
Experience in Supporting Autocad 2008 platform . Good knowledge of working with Autocad will be an advantage . some of the sites do have a good number of Autocad user base .
Experience in working with Support ticket management systems like âCA Servicedesk â
