Responsibilities:
Captures requirements; collates and documents requirements. Works with the Business user / leads / SME.
Assist in the preparation and review of the technical/functional/test case documentation and maintains an effective library.
Clearly understands / reviews the client’s design standards vis–vis firm’s design standards and suggests improvements.
Excellent domain knowledge and business process knowledge.
Understands nuances of Engagement management and deliver engagements with little help.
Assists team lead in analyzing requirements, change request, does impact analysis and provides estimation. Initiates change requests.
Good hands on capability – can independently develop good quality deliverable.
Proactively comes with process improvement, suggestions and implements the same within own area of responsibility
Defines/Assist in designing project specific templates. Prepares/guides and ensures that team follows the specifications / standards / guidelines / design.
Reviews the specifications, documentation, test cases/scripts and also gets it approved by team lead / Client
Recommends best method and tools to improve process.
Expected to deliver good quality work products independently and guide/mentor team members effectively.
Ensure that engagement complies with firm’s process and procedures.
Co-ordinates onsite / Off-shore team activities to ensure that the deliveries are with good quality and on schedule.
Communicate effectively with Team lead, team members and Client. Presents and discusses work results clearly.
Knowledge/Experience in SAP Net weaver products like EP, XI is an added advantage.
