Job Description: Understanding the technical/Engineering requirements from the various business units Sourcing profiles through different channels- viz, job portals, networking, headhunting etc. Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency. A strong work ethic and sense of commitment. Able to do multi-task in a very fast paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills. Be able to work under pressure reviewing the feedback organizing for the interviews Documentation / MIS Database management. Desired : a. Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Able to coordinate with other teams
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good Knowledge on database, exposure to any programming language will be added advantage
Good Knowledge on operating systems UNIX and Windows

Note:- Training cum requirement program, candidates will be trained for the said period, then they need to involve and lead implementation and support projects.

I have a 13 months experience in SAP Basis.I am working in Accenture Pvt Ltd for a Us based client,Boston Scientific.
By Education qualification i am an MCA from BIT Ranchi,and have good programming skills in various languages(C,C++ and Java).
