Job Location : Pune

Job Description :

• Opportunity to work with Global BPC/Net weaver Enterprise Clients.
• Opportunity to get trained on various EPM products.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions in complex environments by diagnosing and documenting all software errors encountered by customers, obtaining and analyzing log files and diagnostic material as appropriate.
• Resolve known errors by means of SAP Notes, solved customer messages, and other available documentation.
• Guide users through the software installation process.
• Assist customers with performance and scalability issues in their environments.
• Operate multiple Microsoft OS, database, and Excel environments to identify the source of software errors. ·
• Instruct users in basic software functionality.

Desired :

• Should have minimum of 1 year exp in SAP BPC/Netweaver.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to Business Objects would be added advantage.
• Should have good troubleshooting skills.
• Should be wiling to work in Night shifts.
