Job Responsibilities :

• To handled SAP R/3 sales & distribution module.
• All physical Transaction carried out in SAP system.
• To handled shift supervisor work.
• To prepared Inventory report with help SAP system.
• To handle Proper Documentation.
• Entering Data of Daily inward & outward Register in system MS-EXEL & as well as manually.
• With the help of SAP to check the grade of PSF (Polyester Staple Fiber) product which transferred from Q.C. department & to give the location of product
• As per pending order details (YA01) give instruction to supervisor arrange that respective product for dispatch.
• To make excise invoice of Dispatch to customer& Stock transfer company plant to offsite warehouse.
• To check pending MIGO & complete it.
• Proper row Allocation of material in SAP system.
• To make MIS report, H.O MIS report, Stock report, Dispatch report & Check list send it to respective person by mail.
• To send the packing list of export material.
