Job Title : Associate TRM Process Solutions

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Job Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :

1. Reconciliation
2. Daily Reconciliation of transactions. Account types include but are not limited to:
3. Prime Broker
4. Bank
5. Custodian accounts
6. Analysis
7. Analyze security and cash positions to identify discrepancies between customers position and clearing agent
8. Understand and minimize risk associated with breaks
9. Prioritize time accordingly to clear breaks by end of day
10. Understand and process trade activity in accordance with established operations policies and procedures
11. Communicate effectively with team members and internal groups
12. Develop action plan for resolution of outstanding issues
13. Respond quickly and accurately to requests in a high volume, time sensitive trading environment

Desired :

1. Bachelors in Economics or Finance
2. Associate – minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a Financial Institution; Sr. Associate – 3-6 years
3. Excellent spoken and written English, and the ability to write business correspondence
4. Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel & Word)
5. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures, familiarity with financial markets and instruments
