Job Description : Provide secretarial support to the Business Line/ Division members
Support in the preparation, submission and consolidation of reports/MOM/presentation material pertaining to the Business Line/ Division.
Follow-up the business action that is concerned with the Head of respective business line/division.
Filing and submitting of the documentation pertaining to the Head of respective business line/division.
Coordinating teambuilding work for the respective business line/division.
Prepare and keep track of the budget, approvals, bills submissions, and team-building activities within the Business Line/ Division
Coordinate the attendance/leave/overtime related activities for the Business Line/ Division staff
Follow up with other divisions for obtaining any information needed by Business Line/ Division.
Managing Group IDs and Business Line Bulletin Board
Maintenance and updation of Business Line Reports / RMRP / Employee Details etc.
Other job responsibilities assigned by the Business Line/ Division Managers from time to time.
