Job Responsibilities :
- Daily call / movement logging for customer & internal IT. Provide ticket number to each & every customer.
- Call assigning within 15minutes. & followup for response & call closure.
- Cordination with internal team (GL/ Store / TRC) & customer.
- Installation call logging, follow-up & updation in the system.
- Sending daily reports, as & when required.
- Attendance of internal team.
- Hourly status required to take from GL & internal team.
- Taking / updating customer feedback.
