Job Position : Service Desk Executive

Job Responsibilities :

  • Daily call / movement logging for customer & internal IT. Provide ticket number to each & every customer.
  • Call assigning within 15minutes. & followup for response & call closure.
  • Cordination with internal team (GL/ Store / TRC) & customer.
  • Installation call logging, follow-up & updation in the system.
  • Sending daily reports, as & when required.
  • Attendance of internal team.
  • Hourly status required to take from GL & internal team.
  • Taking / updating customer feedback.
