Job Description :

To Maintain and Support on “logging faults and providing 1st level Tech support

Desired :

• Flexibility and willingness to work throughout the India/USA/UK
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Interpersonal Skills
• A understanding of IT/Computer terminology, perhaps from previous studies.
• A good understanding of the range of softwares within IT like Microsoft Office Suite Products.
