1. Job Description :
2. Responsible for obtaining required information from service requesters, querying clients to ensure accurate product identification, and logging the information into proper call management system.
3. Works independently or cooperatively as a member of a team under the direction of a team leader or manager.
4. Primarily interfaces with clients, service delivery units, immediate management and other team members to ensure an accurate service request is routed to the appropriate service provider.
5. Responsible for determining service entitlement by reviewing contract, generating contracts for time & material service if request is not under contract, or at field management request, providing grace periods on certain products while contract is in process.

Desired :

1. Experience 1 to 3 Years (handling calls)
2. Education PUC & Above
3. Excellent verbal and written communication.
4. Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7).
5. Multitasking and coordination skills
6. Team Player.
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
8. Communication skills – written and verbal
9. Ability to work in a pressurized environment and able to deliver against a tight timescale.
10. Act Independently and be self motivated
