CRM Siebel and related applications support (min. 1 year experience)
Network connectivity troubleshooting
Remote support and voice support- Technical skills

Knowledge of Siebel and CRM business concepts
Understanding of Sales concepts and methods
Knowledge of Win 2000/XP: Troubleshooting and configuration
Minimum 15 years of education required

Internet Explorer and other browsers
Basic hardware concepts
