Job Description : This is an Inbound US Voice process, dealing with customer care.
Desired : Opening in Siemens Information Processing Services for CSR – Inbound Voice Process.
Any Graduate/10+2+3yr Diploma Fresher/Exp
(No BE/BTech/MBA)
UG with Min 1yr Exp in International Call Centre (US/UK/Australian/Canadian Process preferred)
Shifts: US Shifts (Night shifts)
Excellent Communication skills
Should have a customer oriented attitude
Willing to work in shifts is a must.
Walkin Time : 10am-3pm weekdays
