Job Description : Will be responsible for overall Planning, budgeting & scheduling.
BE-Civil with8-15 years of experience.
Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of site experience in large infrastructure projects.
Site Execution, Billing, Estimation, reporting.
AutoCAD/MS Office. Experience in MS Projects is preferred.
To handle different department of operations to define the routine maintenance activity and optimize operations in accordance with production.
Site Execution, Coordination with Client, Architect, Contractor, Bill Checking, Quality Control.
Supervise and execute construction as per the approved drawing and the time schedule.
Ensure material and quality of construction is as per approved specification.
Check material quantity consumption
Prepare, monitor and control Project Budgets, Cost Analysis including Cost Planning, Cash Flow and Cost control for smooth and timely execution of work.

Desired : BE / B. Tech - Civil with 1-15 years of experience.
Candidate should have a minimum of1 years of site experience in large infrastructure projects.
