Job Location: Pune

Job Description :

• Providing reasonable workarounds for urgent technical problems so that project teams can continue being productive
• Coordinating with members of the Software Development Team to determine if software issues are a result of software defects
• Monitoring, following up on, and reporting on all unresolved issues for their assigned project teams
• Proactively looking out for new features, fixes or technical processes that could benefit their assigned projects
• Proactively looking out for known issues, which could potentially cause problems for their assigned projects

Desired :

• 0-3 years of previous experience in application software support, software support, and/or software testing capacities on Windows platform
• ability to work in a 24×7 environment working in day/night shifts on rotational basis, including weekends
• ability to write, troubleshoot, and modify SQL Server stored procedures
• very strong analytical and problem solving skills along with detail orientation
