Desired : Ideal requirement for Trainee (Software tester) position:
BE (Computers) or BCS degree.
Know how about SQL Server, IIS and .NET technology
Knowledge of structured software development lifecycle and software
test practices.
Hands-on automating functional test cases for enterprise-level web-based projects is a plus.
ISTQB certification is a plus
Solid verbal and written communication skills is a absolute must.
Highly motivated and self-driven with the ability to work efficiently with limited supervision.
Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills required.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
