Job Description :

• Manage end-user customer phone calls / Chat / E-mail. /Remote.
• Demonstrate effective typing and verbal communication skills
• Document case information
• Utilize the Phone System.
• Demonstrate efficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrate commitment to client/internal/customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate basic technical knowledge.
• Up sell the product plans of the organization.

Desired :

• Bachelor’s degree from a three-year college or university (BA, B.COM, BSC,Btech etc.).
• A+ Certification, RHCE, MCST, CIW, CCNA,CCNP, ECNE & MCSE Professionals would be an added advantage
• Must Have 6 months of experience in International Voice based Technical Helpdesk/Project.
• Basic knowledge of PCs and Internet
• Basic knowledge of operating systems – DOS, Win 98, Me, XP, NT, 2000
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware components – CPU, Motherboard, RAM, HDD,
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills/ability
• Communication flow, sentence construction & correct grammar in written & Spoken English Communication, Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation and should not have MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)
