Job Description :
The Business Operations Associate’s primary task would be to support efforts within the Business Development team. His role would involve undertaking various research activities, assimilating data as per requirements, compiling statistical reports and complimenting the on-going project work.

The Associate would have to build awareness of the product/industry that he would be involved in, so as to lend quality support to ongoing activities.

Spearheading research projects to add value to the team’s business decisions.
Monitoring ongoing projects & research
Working with senior team members towards fulfilling project goals
Compiling reports and supplying up-to-date statistical data to Business Development Specialists.
Maintaining high awareness of the company’s internal as well as immediate external environment.

Desired :
0-1 year work experience
Experience in research work, & knowledge of research techniques
Good communication skills
PC user with basic knowledge of the Internet
Proficiency with MS Office
Basic knowledge of MS SQL would be a plus
Should be good at dealing with numerics and statistics
