  6. Candidates working with recruitment firms and having experience of poaching and headhunting in malls, store levels will also do.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. 80% Talent Acquisition + 20% Generalist Profile
  2. Handling Store level recruitment. (Screening the CV’s, lining up the candidates for interview, conducting interviews)
  3. Searching candidates by head hunting, poaching, going on the field and also sourcing from job portals such as Naukri etc.
  4. Store level on boarding activity. (Joining formalities).
  5. Personnel file/Data Management.

    My name is Priya S. Darekar. I have done my Masters in Human resource management from The University of Northampton and done CIPD (Chartered in Personnel Development) After graduating in BMS- Bachelors in Management Studies) (Mumbai University), I have worked for a period of 1.3 years with HDFC bank as HR trainer. My experience with HDFC Bank has given me an exposure to the handling of people in the organization and products related to credit cards and services in the bank. Than I went to United Kingdom for better prospect in studies while there I was working with Co-operative retail food as HR manager for 3 years.

    While working as a HR manager I have hone my skills like personal relationship, handling people at work and trained in very accurate manner in terms of knowledge. Human behaviours are unpredictable, and they are the backbone of every organization, and these functions offer the opportunities that I have worked to achieve so far.
