Job Description :

1.To handle HR/IR/Personnel/Admin matters of manufacuturing industry .

2. Proper Manpowerpower control & Utilisation

3.All statutory liasion, IR matters, HR functions like training, canteen & labour welfare, time office management, leave/salary administration

Desired :

1. Male Candidate Only
2. Graduate + MPM/MSW/MBA(HR) with 1-3 yrs experience in
3. HR/IR/Admin functions. Should be capable of indepdently handling above functions for manufacturing industry. Emplyoee Grievance Management .
4. Should be smart and dynamic to coordinate with various operations managers and HODs
5. Candidate should be from Pune
