Job Description :

• Customer support in Voice based projects, both Inbound and Outbound.Excellent command at spoken and written English is required. we operate in UK shifts.
• Experience of 6 mths – 2 years international Call centre is a must.
• This is for our projects based out of Noida and Pune. Candidate should be high in energy level, enthusiastic, team player and extremely target oriented. Utilities domain expertise would be desired.
