Job Description :

• Writing and reporting daily news, editing research for grammar, punctuation, accuracy, consistency, and comprehensibility.
• Assisting analysts in structuring reports so that important information is easily accessible.
• Ensuring that reports adheres to the organisation’s housestyle.
• Edits stories ensuring that they meet strict quality targets of accuracy, speed and completeness.
• Editing various stories and rewriting if necessary. Editing includes the language correctness, spell check, applying the style aspects as per the specification.
• Checks stories against the source to ensure they contain all elements.
• Participating in editorial decision making and research, bringing out separate pull-outs during special occasions
• Identify content initiatives; brainstorming feature ideas.
• Attending and covering Press meets and product launch.
• Rectifying and fine-tuning the stories duly posted by the team members, as per the style sheet.
