Job Description : We will achieve our mission by providing timely, accurate and professional service at each and every customer contact.

Resolve problems reported by customers by analyzing, simulating and fixing them.
Track reported problems through the Problem tracking system and generate the necessary reports, root cause analysis, etc
Interface with customers to resolve customer reported problems/bugs, etc remotely and when required, at the customer site.
Take handover and carry out effective transition of projects from implementation to support.
Proactively work to take over new products into support and facilitate rapid engagement of support business.
Involve in the support framework development to enhance the support function and utilization of available resources to enhance the value customers get from our products and solutions.
Work closely with the development team to bring the product bugs and change requests into product enrichment propositions.
Proactively look for opportunities to help customer utilize the features of the products.
Carrying out trainings for customers both internal and external
Available to support customers on a 24*7*365 basis when the situation demands.
Readiness to take up new challenges as and when they come.

Desired : Customer Focus and orientation:  The ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying one’s internal/external customers. This would mean understanding the needs, working with them to define problems and desired outcomes, managing expectations well, following up with the customers to make sure that results meet or exceed expectations.
Planning & Organizing:  Planning and organizing for better customer management

Communications Skills: The ability to plan and deliver oral and written communication effectively
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain relationship with Subexians and clients and ensure that the task which needs to be coordinated is completed effectively. Ability to skilfully interface with various departments with Subex
Initiative: Identify what needs to be done and then doing it before being asked or before the situation requires it. Does more than what is normally required in any situation. Seeks out others involved in a situation to learn from their perspective. Take independent action. Out of the box thinking ability.
Commitment: Ability to walk an extra mile and go beyond the call of duty to make things happen
Leadership: Willingness and ability to assist, guide and direct the needy in the workplace. Attitude to share success and to own up failures. Ability to make a quick and reasonably thought out decision and be a role model at Subex.

Fresher (2007 / 2008 passout) with minimum 60% aggregate marks.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Orientation for troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
Might be require to travel. Should be willing to travel for short duration and long durations to customer sites in India and abroad. Travel expected upto 25%

Knowledge / experience of working/troubleshooting on the UNIX Platform (HP-UX, AIX or Sun Solaris). Knowledge of Shell scripts
Knowledge of databases like Oracle and MS SQL in the areas of Queries, procedures, blocks, performance tuning, etcTelecom domain knowledge
Knowledge of Network specific elements
Technical support and customer handling experience
