Job Location: Gurgaon

Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Mechanical
M.Tech – Mechanical, Production/Industrial

Desired :

• BTech/ MTech Mechanical, Operations Research or Production from a reputed institute, alternatively degree in Applied Mathematics
• MBA From reputed Institute
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in modeling real-world supply chains and providing solutions
• Strong background in modeling and analysis of logistics and production planning, inventory management, manufacturing systems

Job Description :

• Analyze production, distribution and sales data and construct models that adequately represents the operations of various business units across the supply chain
• Analyze financial data and build cost models for predicting business costs under different growth scenarios.
• Assist in the development of generic software modules (not coding) for the operations and cost analysis methodology
• Working in a team environment to process and analyze large data sets
• Build and standardize reusable processing tools to process and upload data
• Synthesize conclusions from the processed dataset to be presented to end customers
• Provide functional specs/ Business logic for the development of generic software modules for the operations and cost analysis methodology.
• Interact with Clients to understand the pain areas and gaps
• Take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of the work performed and takes ownership of all assigned projects
• Work effectively with minimum supervision
• Analysis of supply chains of large businesses, and the development of models and software that will deliver against multiple objectives – cost, speed, product diversity and quality – to enhance customer value
• ERP/MRP domain, Business Analytics, Manufacturing Accounting
