Job Description :

• SE/ SSE/ AE / AC will interface with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues over phone.
• To ensure customer satisfaction for the service rendered.
• To perform floor support for all new hires on need basis and ensure disseminating of proper knowledge to all floor agents.
• To maintain high-level adherence to policies and procedures.

Desired :

• Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer delight are a must
• Basic Knowledge in Networking and Hardware
• Willing to relocate to the work site in case from another location
• Willing to work in night shifts
• Willing to provide 24/7 support
• Professional attitude and a passion for gaining technology
