Job Description : Troubleshooting Technical issues relating to Operating Systems, Hardware and networking technologies to US Customer
Providing Quality customer support
Shift will be during the night
Willing to work in International Time Zones

Interested candidate can walk – in for an Interview between 10 am to 5 pm on Week days and meet Ramya 

Desired : Handling inbound client calls and troubleshooting their technical queries
Good at client interaction and listening skill
Willing to work in International Time Zones
Freshers or candidates with relevant experience of about 6-18 Months are also welcome
