Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Job Location : Pune

Desired :

1. Must have good knowledge of Desktop / Laptop Hardware, Printers, Operating systems and software applications
2. Preferable exposure to Networking, Telecom devices, UPS, cabling standards

Job Description :

1. Provide IT Facility management services to internal customers for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Networks and Telecom equipments
2. Troubleshoot Hardware, Network, Operating System and Applications related issues
3. Resolve Support Calls and ensure timely response to Customer calls as per slated SLA’s
4. Work closely with central support team for data backup, restore drills, antivirus and security patch updation
5. Liaison with Vendors for any local IT Infrastructure issues
