Job Description:

• Provide high level technical support and answer technical questions.
• This will primarily cover Symantec’s anti-virus and desktop firewall offerings and could extend to mail and web security products.
• Research and manage issues through to resolution, and document software enhancement requests and issues for development.
• Create technical notes for use internally and publication to the web.

Desired Profile:
Responsibilities:

Requirement:
Should have worked in 24*7 operations on voice support.
Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, XP / Novell Netware platforms and Networking.
Good English communication skills are required.

Qualification:
Diploma Holders / Graduates / Post Graduates in Engineering / Science.
MCP, MCSE, CCNA will be an added advantage
