Job Title : Regional Coordinator – System Integration
Experience : 1 – 5 Years
Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore
Job Description :
- Co-ordinate and respond to customers’ calls & emails relating to their problems and queries.
- Co-ordination with onsite engineers. Candidate should have experience of handling call logging software. He/ She will need to co-ordinate with the System Integration Team at HO and Vendor Engineers to get the problem resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Provide L1 Troubleshooting steps to centres over remote support. Basic Knowledge of troubleshooting. Operational knowledge of PC Hardware, Operating System Installation, Patch Update, Email Client trouble shooting. experience in a technical support process. Prior experience in a Helpdesk or similar team preferable
- Desktop / Laptop deployment to users & stock maintenance.
- Need to travel across states responsible for IT Audits
Desired :
Candidate should be a Graduate ,( MCA, BE preferable ), candidates cleared MCSE, MCSA, MCDST , CCNAwill be preferable.
