Job Description:
1. Sourcing Profiles through Portals, reference, hunting, etc.
2. Screening resumes through preliminary rounds and line up for senior levels.
3. Create and Mantaining the Recruitment database / data bank
4. Preparing the regular MIS
5. Co-ordination of pre and post recruitment activities
6. Assistance and Report to the Regional Head – Human Resource

Desired:
1. Experienced, young, dynamic MBA / MSW (HR) professionals.
2. Strong Experience in Non -IT recruitments; Banking and Non-Banking platform preferred
3. Good communication Skills.
4. Willing to work in full time recruitments.
5. Exposure to work on portals and hunting.
