Experience : 0 – 5 Years 

Job Description : Identify/Prospect for candidates that can be successful TALIC advisors. Maintain a dynamic prospect list for advisors.
Recruit by selling TALIC career opportunity to such prospective advisors.
Team Development and Coaching
Achieve all sales targets
Activity Management
Review and reporting 

Desired : Graduates (Any stream)
Excellent Interpersonal and Selling Skills
Minimum 6 months of any Sales experience
Ability to recruit and Manage a team of advisors
