Job Description : 1 Customer Front Line for Trouble Reporting
2 Trouble Ticket Assignment to different technical teams
3 Escalation Management
4 First-Level Troubleshooting for Data (IP and Transport) and Voice Issues.
5 Remote Hands Support & Coordination of Requests for Colo Services
6 IP & VoIP Post Implementation Service Modifications
7 Ability to take inbound calls with a Neutralised Accent.
Desired : Graduation in Electronics and Telecom/Computer Engg with 1-3 yrs experience in above areas
Diploma in Electronics and Telecom/Computer Engg with 3-5 yrs experience in above areas
Training on the fundamentals of IP, Cisco and Juniper
would be added advantage
Should have basic knowledge of transmission systems
Understanding of Optical Fibre technology and troubleshooting
Ability to use e-mail, internet, Word and other software
