Experience : 0 – 1 Years
Job Description : To execute customer loyalty programs for the store in line with the Customer Loyalty Head at the store.
To address customer queries regarding products, services & loyalty program and resolve complaints, if any regarding the same.
To register and resolve the customer complaints regarding their in-store experience.
To register customers’ recommendations, suggestions and appreciations logged, and necessary recommendations implemented in consultation with the store manager.
To collect customer satisfaction surveys and feedbacks.
