Job Description : 1 Audit of rate table, jurisdiction configurations on the Kenan Billing system to ensure Rating Accuracy
2 Audit of rate plan configurations on the Kenan system to ensure Billing Accuracy
3 Providing the requirements for new Pre- bill reports for Postpaid RAS team for automation
4 UAT of change requests required for new functionality / configurations effected on OSS/BSS from time-to-time
5 Identifying Postpaid related issues and escalating to appropriate cross functional teams
6 Preparation of MIS / project status reports as per the defined time schedule for reporting to Senior Management Desired : 1 Should have good oral/written communication skills
2 Exposure to Kenan – billing system
3 Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Word/MS-Access
4 A keen interest to trouble shoot and resolve issues on his/her own
5 A fair measure of initiative and analytical thinking / reasoning
