TCS currently offers BPO services to 60 leading enterprises from 8 delivery centers spread across Bangalore, Chennai, and Mumbai in India, Budapest in Hungary, Santiago in Chile, Montevideo in Uruguay, Peterborough in UK and Montana in the USA. We offer both voice and non-voice services. In Infrastructure Services, we respond to the customers’ queries; in a Contact Centre we respond to the issues/concerns raised by out customers’ customer.

Experience : 0 – 2 Years
Job Description : Handling internal helpdesk for resolving queries across the globe for TCS.
Desired : Graduation .
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.

For experienced candidates, we need a maximum of 1 yr exp
Transport: Home drop and pick between 9:00 pm to 6:30 am, otherwise central drop or pick up from
Dadar, Andheri and Borivali.
