Exposure to back-end support or transaction processing work in similar roles is preferred.
Willingness to work across shifts.

Job description : To process transactions on SAP CRM & ISU meeting / exceeding the specified accuracy and productivity targets.
To suggest improvements in the process.
To submit Day End Report in the specified format
