Job Description : Handle inbound ITALIAN calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.
Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers online, presenting a professional image of client at all times.
Log contact history for callers
Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality and appearance.
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the role, and take responsibility for own learning.
Desired : Experience of ITALIAN
Written Communication to ITALIAN customers.
Numerate.
High standard of written and spoken ITALIAN
Degree level.
Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel)
Banking Industry Experience.

Attention everybody,
this is the worst company in BPO sector. there is no professionalilsm, no manner, no work culrure.HR system is worst case in this particular company. there is no work security and facility for the employee. it has a domestic call centre type work invironment and work culture. and any body can be cheated at any time.so be aware of this cheater and don’t take any risk in life with this company.
