Job Description :
1) The Engineer will perform the functions and responsibilities of a front line technician in a voice based international call center with VOIP as the primary platform.
2) The person would be responsible for handling technical issues related to Networking (Basic Aspects) Hardware Operating systems and VOIP adapters.

Desired :
Any Graduate/ (12th + 3yrs)Diploma.
0 – 3 yrs (Freshers can also apply)
Knowledge in Networking, hardware and O/S would be an added advantage.
Must have Good Communication Skills and Customer Handling Skills
