Technical Troubleshooting process.
24×7 work environment.
The candidate would be required to handle the inbound technical queries from offshore customers.

Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
Good Networking knowledge is must.
Only Graduates are eligible.
Freshers can apply.
B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc IT/Diploma in Networking
Regular candidates are not eligible.
