Job Description :
1) will perform the functions and responsibilities of a front line technician in a voice based international call center with VOIP as the primary platform.

2) would be responsible for handling technical issues related to Networking (Basic Aspects) Hardware Operating systems and VOIP adapters.
Desired Candidate Profile
Position Title : Technical Support Engineer/Sr. Technical Support Engineer

Desired :
Any Graduate/ Diploma Holder.
Basic networking concepts (Ip address, MAC address, OSI model, types of cables, etc.)
Should possess basic understanding of Operating Systems
Knowledge in Networking, hardware and O/S would be an added advantage.
