Job Location:Pune

Job Description :
1. Preparing Software technical documentation and Use Case Documents
2. Preparation of User Manuals, Help Documents, Release Notes, Bulletins, Training Manuals, Presentation, Newsletters, etc
3. Coordinating with the client through chat/email/phone as well in-house technical team to understand the project requirements and prepare the document.
4. Preparing and reviewing technical document based on SDLC, while interacting and coordinating with Client and in-house Developers
5. Create , contribute technical resources & articles for the content section of our web site
6. Documenting our methodologies and quality processes.
7. Attends internal , customer project ,review meetings and conferences, as required

Desired :
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
2. Should have basic knowledge on HTML, .NET, MS SQL database, SDLC, MS Office etc
3.Knowledge of RoboHelp, Winchm, MS-Visio, Microsoft Project, Adobe Frame Maker and other content writing tools
4. Experience in writing technical documentation, proposals and processes.
5. Dedication in providing quality documentation to customers.
6. Strong organizational and analytical skills, team spirit and initiative
