1. Understand Software products function.
2. Write help files for Software.
3. Convert help files to html pages with navigation.
4. Help files created should have screen shots of Software pages with Help annotations in screen shots.
5. Documentation of software analysis and maintenance phase.
6. Able to work in help file development tools (Eg: Robohelp,Adobe)
7. Should think in customer point and develop the software help files.

2. Good listening and presentation skill.
3. Able to learn tools which help in creating online help documents.
4. Good team player.
