Job Description :

• Interfacing with Subject Matter Experts for all product related input.
• Creating User Manual, Solution Doc, Marketing Collaterals, Product Notes
• Ensuring that the technical functionalities are adequately documented, reviewed and edited.
• Researching content related with products
• Supporting the Sales team with Proposals, Product Description documents, and Product presentations

Desired :

• Good command over English Language
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Word
• Hands on experience in Visio
• Hands on experience in creating: Data Flow Diagram, Technical Architecture, Call Flows
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
• Image Capturing Tool: SnagIT
• Exposure to document structuring and designing (DDLC)
• Experience in creating User Manuals, Marketing Collaterals, Product Notes, Design Document, Training Manual
• Marketing presentation: PPT
• B.Tech/BCA/ BIT/ PGDCA/ Science Graduate with Technical Writing Skills
