Job Title : Telecom Billing Analyst 

Experience : 1 – 3 Years 

Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore 

Job Description :
Work with US cellular carriers to transition EMC employees from personal to corporate plans (liability transfers)
Contact end users, gather information and work with carriers to update billing records
Cellular order processing via carrier web portals
Address end user cellular issues as necessary 

Desired :
Possess a solid understanding of US cellular terms
Previous experience supporting US cellular implementations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus
