Job Description :

• Installation, deployment, and operation of TDM and VoIP services (H/w & S/w).
• Assure excellent communications quality and find out about trouble spots.
• Interact with higher level technical engineers via tracking system.
• Meet standardized goals and objectives as established through the management team.
• Participate in training to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Maintain standards of customer engineering productivity.
• Provide value added services to optimize the customers experience
• Can Develop scope of application and application independently.
• Comfortable to work in both day shift and night shift.
• Comfortable to work under pressure.
• Having knowledge of Computer Networks & Connectivity by various way like RS-232 Connectivity, TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN , WAN & MAN Connectivity.
