Desired :
Cold Calling experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in IT Staffing/Services (Not Mandatory)

Suitable candidates need to have cold calling/lead generation experience in an aggressive environment. Excellent soft skills is mandatory. Experience working in US Staffing/IT Services environment is an advantage.
