Job Description :

1. Handling incoming calls & queries
2. Attending & making all the telephone calls and passing to the concerned person/ department
3. Forwarding of e-mails and telephonic messages to the concerned person and giving the response.
4. Coordination with other department.
5. Tracking function- office records, updating files.
6. Handling all office correspondence independently.
7. Handling inward & outward calls
