• Trained on Netcool FM (OMNIbus, Probes, Webtop, Impact, Reporter)
• Familiarity of programming (like in Perl, Java etc), preferably having knowledge of OOPS.
• Familiarity to process & quality
• Having good communication skills
• Having 1-4 years of experience
