Job Location : Delhi/NCR

Desired :

1. MBA / PGDBA with specialization in HR
2. Experience of atleast 1 year in handling  HR Personnel functions.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description :

1. Complete the joining formalities of new joinees i.e. distribution and collection of Joining kit etc.
2. Completion of the personnel files with full documents as per check list.
3. Follow up for pending documents.
4. Updating data base of all exsisting and new employees in HR Software.
5. Preparation of Appointment letter, Placement letter, Group accidental policy and other assigned work as and when required.
